The webpage
Before I even bought the flat I have created a webpage. The address is http://www.apartmentsbudapest.info
It takes a lot of time and effort to optimise a webpage so that it can be found on Google. Better said, it will be on Google at some point without a lot of effort, but it will be on page 374 and hence nobody is going to ever find it. There is a whole industry around Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and you can spend a small to a big fortune, if you want to get an expert to do it for you.
So the most important thing is to collect links from other webpages that point to your website. So dear friends, if you do have your own webpage, please, please, please add a link to my site. BIG THANKS!!!!
